Gorgeous furniture and excellent service. From Hasib and the manager at the lakeside shop, to Hassan, the operations head. My furniture couldn't fit into the perfect room because of the staircase's shape. The crew at Novia went above and beyond to redesign the piece and dispatched another team to sort it out. I can't praise them highly enough. Thanks a ton!

You gotta check out this showroom if you're after high-quality furniture that boasts stunning designs and a great variety. Our experience with Novia has been fantastic up to this point. We recently completed a new build and thought we’d get all our furniture from one place. In the end, we ended up purchasing three sofas because each one was so distinct and special.

I took some time to think about writing this review since my first experience at Novia Lakeside was quite positive, which led me to place my order.

Novia Furniture markets itself as a premium furniture retailer, so I expected top-notch service from the sales team all the way through to after sales support.

I ordered two large 3-seater Prada sofas and a round love seat, spending over £5,000.

However, the delivery of my sofas turned into a nightmare. The delivery crew was not only careless but also rude and unhelpful. They left a significant hole in my stair wall, about 12 inches long and 4 inches wide, right after I had just finished refurbishing my home. To make matters worse, they showed up without the cushions that were part of my order. When I mentioned that I had guests coming in a couple of weeks, they brushed it off as if it was no big deal.

I reached out to after sales and spoke with a gentleman named Ercin, who promised to send builders to fix the damage. Unfortunately, they did a terrible job, and I've been trying to get in touch with Ercin for nearly two weeks now, but he hasn’t returned my calls.

He even had the audacity to claim that the cushions were complimentary, despite the fact that we spent a good amount of time in the Lakeside store picking out cushion patterns that matched our decor.

Ercin also mentioned that there’s no timeline for when my order would be completed since the missing cushions are still at the factory.

I've been told three times that I would receive a call back, but, predictably, that hasn’t happened.

Now, I’m stuck with an incomplete order, fabric on my sofa that’s rippling, missing cushions, and a shoddy repair job on my wall.

While the service might be decent when you’re making a purchase, the after sales support and delivery experience have been absolutely dreadful.

We picked up some nightstands from Novia; they feature a really nice design, solid quality, and a fair price. This is a store you gotta check out - the design and quality stand out and are unique compared to other places.

Our experience was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly to us and our kids, which was really nice and felt sincere. We felt at ease the whole time and made our final decision on our fourth visit since we truly enjoyed heading to the Brent Cross location, but we also wanted to ensure we picked something we’d be happy with for years to come. It was tough with so many fantastic choices!

In the end, we chose the Gallardo sofa, and we couldn't be happier now that it’s arrived! It’s absolutely stunning and worth the wait; we adore the unique mechanism—never seen anything like it before!

Overall, we’re super satisfied.

I visited the Novia store at Lakeside and was assisted by Hasib, who was truly outstanding and incredibly helpful. I've now got my Le Mans sofa and coffee table delivered, and I've received tons of compliments. The only hiccup was that the table came in the wrong color, but that's being taken care of as we speak. I chose the Le Mans style but went for a different color and material from another sofa they had, which was a bit of a gamble, but it looks stunning in my living room. The sofas were meant to arrive in December, but they showed up a few weeks early, which was awesome! Big thanks to Novia and Hasib.

I picked up a Tulip Sofa from Novia Furniture after checking out their showroom. Super pleased with the quality, comfort, and materials. Danial was a great help during the entire process. I’d totally recommend them!

I checked out Novia Furniture at the Lakeside Store for the first time, just browsing around, but I was really impressed by the style and the awesome customer service from Hasib. After our second trip, we decided to buy a sofa. Hasib and the crew went above and beyond, staying an extra hour after closing to help us with our purchase. Now, we’re just waiting for our sofa to arrive, and I can totally recommend this place for top-notch furniture.

Hasib provided outstanding support and communication throughout our buying experience. He was super helpful, paying close attention to what we needed and always respectful in his manner. Plus, they even offered us an emergency sofa since we were without one at the time.

I must say I'm really thrilled with my new Gallardo +x2 armchair in nubuk. Danial provided outstanding customer service and went the extra mile to help me find the ideal choice. Honestly, I wouldn't get my sofas from any other place.

I’m really pleased with how everything went during my purchase. The team was super helpful and didn’t pressure me at all. My furniture showed up sooner than I expected, and honestly, I wasn’t quite ready for it since my place wasn’t set up yet. Arsin from the operations crew was great; he agreed to hold onto my furniture until my home was ready, and it didn’t cost me anything extra—just had to settle the remaining balance. When the delivery team came, they were really nice and took care of all the trash, even putting it in my bin. I’m satisfied with Novia and will definitely shop here again!

Absolutely the worst experience I've had. Customer support was nonexistent after I dropped 2,000 bucks and had to sit around for a month waiting for any kind of reply. There’s a problem with the sofa mechanism, and Ersin, the aftercare manager, hasn’t reached out to me since I received the sofa—it's been 6 weeks now. Seriously, don’t throw your money away here.
